If you like these ingredients you’ll love combining them for a special side dish. Use more Brussels Sprouts and fewer sweet potatoes if you want to make it even lower in carbs.

When the holiday season comes around I am totally focused on side dishes, and this recipe for Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts is an idea that just popped into my mind a few years back. And when the idea of combining sweet potatoes and Brussels Sprouts into a roasted vegetable dish popped into my mind, I just had to try it.

I tested out the combination of sweet potatoes roasted with Brussels sprouts with my nephew Jake and my brother Rand and all three of us thought this combination was just the bomb! We loved it with the Parmesan, but everyone agreed Feta would also be delicious, and this recipe could not be easier.

And I’m guessing a lot of my readers haven’t tried this one, so I am featuring it for Friday Favorites this week to entice you to try it for a holiday side dish option; hope you enjoy!
