Fans Troll Matchroom Boxing After Lights Go Out During Mikey Garcia vs. Sandor Martin Fight

Mikey Garcia and Sandor Martin locked horns with each other in the boxing main event in Fresno, California. The duo came out with sublime game plans to keep each other on the toes, and the fans hooked into this bout. But, something comical happened in the fight that left everyone in splits.

Garcia, who came in after a 20-month layoff, began the fight well with his exuberant movements and jabs. The Californian boxer kept some intriguing head movements, too. But as the bout progressed, Garcia began pressing his contemporary.

That was weird. Lights out at Garcia vs. Martin. Only lasted a second or two, but strange. #boxing #GarciaMartin

He looked to land one big left hook when he took Martin to the corner. However, that shot failed to leave a dent on the southpaw boxer.

But abruptly, in the midway of round 2, lights went off for a few seconds, leaving everyone in awe. Both the boxers too were stunned, and they quickly separated. But as the power was restored, the referee asked Garcia and Martin to go to their corners and resume the round again.

Pay the light bill!! @DAZNBoxing #GarciaMartin

Once everything was alright, the duo again found their momentum, and they continued with their slick intentions. However, the power cut certainly left the boxing community pour in their reactions on Twitter.
